Dr. Masters began ministry at age 17 in Visalia, California, and has spent 48 years in full-time service: pastor, teacher, evangelist, assistant pastor, professor, and dean of a seminary.


Dr. Kenneth Meadors

Dr. Meadors holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mathematics from the University of Memphis. He also has Master of Arts in Education and Doctor of Education degrees in counseling from Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Memphis, respectively.  In addition, he holds a Doctor of Divinity degree from Grace Seminary.

The ministry of Dr. Kenneth Meadors spans 51 years as a pastor, teacher, counselor, and educator, with pastorates in Missouri, Texas, and Georgia.  He presently serves as the Dean of Academic Affairs for Vineyard Harvester Bible College (VHBC) in Cedartown, Georgia—a position he has held since 1999. 


Dr. Ronald Smith

Ronald Smith was saved on July 4th, 1974 along with his wife of 42 years, Shirley.  Very early in his Christian experience he developed a heart for Kingdom expression and sensed a leadership call on his life.  He has served in a leadership and pastoral capacities in local church ministry for over thirty years.  As one who is a gifted teacher, Ronald Smith has contributed to the field of Christian Education as a teacher and in a variety of administrative capacities.  

In addition, He has taught and wrote curriculum for many years on the collegiate level with expertise in spiritual formation, Biblical studies, and pastoral ministry. 
He is the founder and President of “Pathway Ministries”, a leadership development ministry.  He has pioneered leadership and discipleship concepts for local church applications. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Bible and Theatre, as well as a Master’s in Christian Education from the prestigious Ashland Theological Seminary in Ashland, Ohio and a Doctorate from Faith Christian University in Orlando, Florida. 

Ronald is an ordained minister with The Lester Sumrall Evangelistic association.
 


Dr. Jack Lankhorst

With over 30 years of fulltime ministry, Dr. Jack holds an earned Doctor of Ministry from School of Bible Theology Seminary & University, San Jacinto, California. Senior Pastor of Christian Life Center in Riverside, California. (Also known as the Arlington Foursquare Church.) This veteran man of God is the Founder of Restoration,  unique outreach ministry to the Native Americans and peoples of the world. A highly effective humanitarian and minister of the Gospel, Dr. Jack travels the world with his wife Pastor Jane. He is also a Divisional Superintendent in the Southwest District of the International Foursquare Church organization.
 


Pastor Teddy Kelemwork

Pastor Teddy kelemwork, moved from Ethiopia to the United States in 1988. He settled in Arlington, VA and attended the local Wakefield High school. After graduating from high school, he continued his studies at the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, PA. He then attended Rhema Bible Training Center where he earned a two-year diploma in biblical studies. After wards, he earned his Master of Arts in Theology from Life Christian University located in Tampa, FL and is currently a candidate for his PhD in theology. For the past twelve  years, Pastor Teddy has been involved in youth pastoral ministry at the Ethiopian Evangelical Church (EEC) located in Washington D.C. Currently; He is instructor at Victory Bible College, Addis Ababa Ethiopia as well as instructor at Life Christian University. He is the President of Zadok University .

Dr. Richard E. Anderson

One of God's Generals with a heritage of victory in faith and full gospel ministry. Dr. Richard E. Anderson is an Ordained minister (since 1941) and a theological professor with over 70 years of full time ministerial experience. He has been the senior pastor of Faith Tabernacle Church in San Jacinto, CA for over 46 years. He specializes in educating ministers and lay leaders involved in the ministry through School of Bible Theology Seminary & University, and is a valiant defender of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Pentecostal distinctives.Dr. Anderson holds a Bachelor, a Masters and an earned Doctoral degree in Theology which were conferred on or about 1943-49. He is a Chaplain with honorary status as Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army.

President and Founder of CHAPLAINCY OF FULL GOSPEL CHURHES, Inc, a recognized Endorsing Agency by the Armed Forces Chaplaincy. The CFGC operates from Dallas, Texas in a world-wide ministry, both to the U.S. Armed Forces and civilian organizations. Jim retired from the U.S. Army in 1977, having been a chaplain for 23 years, a Colonel since 1972, besides 3 1/2 years in World War II in Naval Aviation. During his service career, Jim served as a paratrooper chaplain with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 101st Airborne Division (while General Westmoreland was commanding) and with the Green Berets for five years. He served with the 1st Cavalry Division twice and with the 1st Armored Division.
His last European assignment was with the V Corps in Frankfurt, Germany where he supervised 83 chaplains of 14 denominations giving religious coverage to 50,000 trou0ps plus their dependents. Immediately prior to his retirement, he served at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, where he was Post Chaplain and pastor to the Command and General Staff College with its 1,000 most promising mid-career officer students selected for training to be the Colonels and Generals of the future. Jim has literary credits in several professional journals and religious publications

Dr. Robert Brogdon

Dr. Robert E. Brogdon after years of continued education, received his Doctorate of Theology through the Southern Baptist Convention by completing his Doctorate thesis at Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in 2003.  His is a noted preacher of positional truth (righteousness) and known for his years of continued integrity, character and straight doctrine. He has accomplished this through the simple belief that the word of God is the final authority, every teaching and “revelation” that one has, must line up with the nature of God according to His word.  Straight talking, straight shooting, that’s Dr. Brogdon.

Debbie holds an earned Bachelor of Christian Education degree, with a Major in Christian Music from the River Bible Institute in Tampa, Florida. Served as secretary, children's ministry and praise & worship leader of Healing Waters Church Colton and Riverside, California 1982 -2007. Served as production assistant at School of Bible Theology Seminary & University since 1981. Acclaimed award winning praise & worship leader, Debbie began her ministry singing in 1979.
